FX Rumors collects as little personal data as possible. This page summarizes what we collect and your rights. It is provided for transparency and is not legal advice.

What we collect

  • Newsletter: if you subscribe, we store your email address to send launch alerts, starting with the FX5. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email we send.
  • Rumor submissions: if you flag a rumor, we store what you send. An email is optional: leave it blank to submit anonymously.
  • Analytics: we use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and aggregated: no cookies, no cross-site tracking, and nothing that identifies you. We never sell personal data.

Your rights

Under the EU/UK GDPR and the Australian Privacy Act you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to processing. To make a request, contact us and we will respond within the statutory timeframe.

Cookies and consent

If we introduce non-essential cookies (for example, for advertising), we will ask for consent where required, and you will be able to change your choices at any time.

Contact
