Our public record of hits and misses. When a rumor resolves, we mark it true or false in place and rescore the sources that made the call. A miss is never quietly deleted; keeping the full record, wins and losses, is what makes “sources with a track record” a measurable rule.

It counts only what we scored here before the outcome was known. A spec reported after a camera ships is confirmed fact rather than a call, so it never earns anyone a mark. That is why the record starts small, and why it grows every time a tracked rumor resolves.
